At ShaistaShop.pk, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Return and Exchange Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when returning or exchanging items purchased from our website or social media platforms.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Responsibility for Return & Exchange

Customers will be responsible for courier charges for both sending and receiving items in case of return or exchange if the product delivered is correct and without any defect. However, if there is any issue from our side, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, ShaistaShop.pk will bear the delivery charges.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the exchange or replacement process will be completed promptly, subject to stock availability.

Sale Items Policy

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order. Accessories are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear pictures (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Any item returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted.

Refund or Replacement Policy

ShaistaShop.pk does not offer cash refunds. Eligible items will be exchanged or replaced based on availability. Accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
